Wiltshire Police are joining other forces across the country in a national firearms surrender. The purpose of the surrender is to reduce the harm to our communities from firearms crime and enable people who hold firearms and ammunition to surrender these to the police without prosecution. Firearms can be handed in at six stations across the county. Anyone handing in a firearm, ammunition or any other weapon during the surrender is advised to check the opening times of their station by visiting the Wiltshire Police website or calling 101.
