You are warmly invited to attend a short, FREE discussion around Mental Health.
The session is interactive and suitable for both professionals and members of the public. It involves some group activities and video clips as well as information about mental health and how to keep yourself well. It focusses strongly on how to improve and maintain mental health and uses tools like the Five Ways to Wellbeing:
- be active
- take notice
- keep learning
The session is being hosted by Warminster Area Board and will take place at Warminster Civic Centre on 2nd March at 3.30pm. There will also be a short Area Board meeting at 4.30pm which you are welcome to stay for.
