Wiltshire Council will not sell or pass your personally identifiable information to anyone, or use the data for any other purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was originally collected.

Wiltshire Council will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or organisations when we have your consent, or where provided for by law. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary for these purposes.

In processing any personal data Wiltshire Council will comply with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Cookies

A cookie is a collection of information that some websites leave on your computer to identify you if you use or return to the site. We use cookies to make our website easier for you to use. You can remove any cookies already stored on your computer but these may prevent you from using the website.

Polls

A cookie is used to indicate that a user (registered or guest) has voted in a poll. A separate cookie for each poll is generated, and the user’s IP address is also “remembered” to prevent multiple voting by the same user.

Google analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to collect statistical data about our visitors and how they use our site so that we can improve our website.
